Naomi Benaron |
Naomi Benaron is the winner of the 2005 Lorian Hemingway Short Story Competition, the 2005 Juniper Creek Short Story Competition, and the 2002 Martindale Literary Prize. She was a runner-up for the 2005 William Faulkner / William Wisdom Creative Writing Competition and the 2005 PRISM international Journal Short Story Competition, and a finalist for the 2004 Katherine Anne Porter Prize for Fiction. Her fiction has appeared in PRISM international Journal, New Millennium Writings, and Big Tex[t]. It has been accepted for publication in CALYX and Red Rock Review. She is currently an MFA student at Antioch University Los Angeles. She lives with a husband and two dogs in Tucson, Arizona. |
